These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", "Account Holder") and Rajatoto (hereinafter "Rajatoto", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at rajatoto.cam.

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by Rajatoto before processing withdrawals or confirming account eligibility.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency of the Rajatoto platform.
• "Platform" means the Rajatoto website, all associated pages, games, betting interfaces, and account management tools accessible via rajatoto.cam.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a User must wager using Bonus Funds (or a multiple thereof) before those Bonus Funds convert into withdrawable real-money balance.

To register and maintain an Account on Rajatoto, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

Users must complete the Rajatoto registration process accurately and honestly. You agree to provide true, current, and complete information during registration, and to update your account information promptly should any details change.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account. Creating, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended and any accrued balances forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. Rajatoto will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access arising from your failure to maintain credential security.

Rajatoto reserves the right to decline or reverse any registration at its sole discretion, including where there is reason to believe that fraudulent, misleading, or otherwise prohibited information has been provided.

By using the Rajatoto Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. You further agree that:

• All wagers and gaming activity must be conducted by you personally. Use of bots, automated tools, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform is strictly prohibited.
• You will not attempt to manipulate, exploit, or reverse-engineer any aspect of the Platform's game mechanics, random number generation systems, odds calculation, or payout structures.
• You will not engage in any form of collusion with other players, including coordinated betting strategies designed to circumvent house edge or exploit promotional terms.
• You accept that all game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems and that Rajatoto does not influence the outcome of any individual wager.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that there is no guarantee of winnings. Rajatoto publishes indicative RTP (Return to Player) percentages for informational purposes only — these represent long-run statistical averages, not guaranteed payout rates per session.
• The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. Rajatoto does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous access and accepts no liability for losses arising from technical interruptions where those interruptions are not attributable to Rajatoto's gross negligence.

Rajatoto accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u (Maybank), CIMB Clicks (CIMB), Public Bank Online Banking, Hong Leong Connect, and USDT TRC20 (cryptocurrency).

Minimum deposit amounts are as follows: RM30 for all e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay); RM50 for FPX and DuitNow bank transfers; MYR 100 equivalent for USDT TRC20 deposits. Individual payment channels may apply their own upper limits in addition to Rajatoto's standard account maximums.

All funds deposited to your Account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment sources, shared accounts, or unverified instruments may be refused, reversed, or held pending investigation.

Deposits will ordinarily be credited to your Account within the timeframes indicated at the time of transaction. E-wallet and DuitNow deposits are typically instant. FPX bank transfers are typically credited within 5 to 15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following sufficient blockchain network confirmations, typically within 15 to 30 minutes. Rajatoto accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or network congestion.

Withdrawal requests are processed by Rajatoto subject to the following conditions:

These are indicative ranges and not guaranteed processing times. Processing times may extend during periods of high demand, public holidays, or during account review procedures.

General conditions applicable to all Rajatoto bonuses include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they convert to real-money withdrawable balance. Wagering requirements are stated per-bonus and may range from 10x to 35x of the bonus amount or the deposit-plus-bonus combined amount, as specified in individual offer terms.
• Expiry Periods: All bonuses carry an expiry window (typically 7 or 14 days) from the date of activation. Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from them that remain subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements will be forfeited upon expiry.

• Opening duplicate accounts or registering under false, borrowed, or fabricated identity.

• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings arising from a known or reported software error are not valid and will be reversed.
• Participating in or facilitating collusion, match-fixing, or insider betting.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not permit: reproduction, redistribution, modification, public display, creation of derivative works, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without prior written authorisation from Rajatoto.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rajatoto's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising out of or related to these Terms, the Platform, or any services provided, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the User to their Rajatoto Account in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Rajatoto shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or loss of opportunity arising from use or inability to use the Platform.
• Technical failures, internet connectivity interruptions, or server downtime not caused by Rajatoto's gross negligence.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, game studios, or telecommunications providers.
• Losses arising from a User's failure to comply with these Terms, including account compromise resulting from inadequate credential security.
• Gambling losses incurred as a result of a User's voluntary gaming decisions.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit Rajatoto's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Rajatoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within required timeframes.
• Detection of prohibited conduct, fraud, or suspected money laundering activity.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements necessitating account closure.
• Account inactivity in accordance with the dormant account policy (accounts inactive for 12 or more consecutive months may be subject to administrative fees or closure procedures as notified).

Upon closure of an Account, any verified real-money balance remaining after deduction of applicable fees and any amounts owed to Rajatoto will ordinarily be returned to the User via the original deposit method, subject to satisfactory completion of verification procedures. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon account closure regardless of wagering progress.

Rajatoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the User's use of the Platform shall first be referred to Rajatoto's internal complaints resolution process. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution mechanism applicable under Rajatoto's licensing framework.

Users located in Malaysia acknowledge that they access the Platform voluntarily and that it is their sole responsibility to ensure compliance with any applicable Malaysian laws governing online gambling participation.
